‘Shaping Inspirational Learning’ days at The Mead provide focused, high quality professional learning through classroom observation, learning walks, seminar-based activity and professional reflection and dialogue. Facilitated by SLEs, these tailored days provide opportunities for participants to explore aspects of outstanding teaching and learning, access evidence-based practice and enhance subject knowledge.
