Course outline:

Based on the essence of the ELSA programme, this course incorporates four full days professional development supported by three facilitated peer supervision sessions.

The programme will coach education professionals to develop and deliver targeted emotional literacy and wellbeing strategies within their schools, raising awareness of the needs of the most emotionally vulnerable pupils.

Target audience: Primary and secondary teaching assistants, teachers and pastoral staff.
