I have taught in a wide range of specialist and mainstream settings including pre-schools, primary schools, primary and secondary special schools and as an advisory teacher for behaviour in Wiltshire before I joined the Mead school. I am continuing in my SENCO role and have worked alongside colleagues from Bath Spa University to deliver the NASENCO accreditation. I am able to offer a range of support to schools including supporting teachers and TAs to move towards outstanding practice in SEN and positive behaviour management, and working with SENCOs to develop their operational and strategic management through a coaching and mentoring approach.
